You will report to the General Manager – Operations and your duties & responsibilities are as follow:

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day related tasks
• Liaise with the operations team for process improvements, ad hoc issue management, and value-adding activities
• Work closely with the Sales Team in performing the mentioned tasks above
• Leverage data by analyzing and building key metrics to track, evaluate and provide strategic feedbacks to drive team success and productivity
• Proactively identify and address process breakpoints and capitalize on process improvement opportunities

Job Requirements

• Preferably a candidate in Operations/Engineering or a relevant field
• High attention to detail, structured mindset, able to prioritize and execute tasks and streamline processes
• Ability to interact, be independent, shows initiative, resourcefulness, and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Comfortable with MS Excel and formulas
• Ability to interact
